Amy from Amy's Beach Fitness reminds eveyone the best way to do crunches.  Doing them slow and controlled will give you the best results.  Also, visualize your abs working.  35 isometric crunches today (slow), 14 leg raises (push spine into mat), 30 sec plank hold (stay straight in core) - be sure to breath through exercises.
