30 Day Ab Challenge - Proper Moves

Amy from Amy’s beach fitness shows the three types of moves for the 30 day ab challenge.  

 

The first day is:
     15 Crunches (Isometric)
        6 Leg Raises
      10 Second Plank Hold

 

Crunches increase by 5 each day

Leg Raises increase by 2 each day

Plank Hold increases by 5 seconds each day.

 

Challenge is for 30 days!

Also, drink lots of water!!!!
