Matt Lair's Fitness Journey - Week 21 (Sessions 1&2)

SESSION 1

 

Matt worked on the Bosu Ball for the first time today.  The Bosu will help improve his balance. It is also good for flexibility and sharpening reflexes.  Matt responded well!  His flexibility has really improved week by week and his form when taking steps!

 

 

 

 

SESSION 2

 

Lot's of laughs today!  Great spirits!  Matt did leg work, more Bosu, and steps.  Matt's form continues to improve. So proud of him!!!
