40 STEPS !!  Matt's balance, endurance, and will power have really improved!!! 



Sesson 2


Matt's range of motion has changed so much.  Great job on V sit crunches!!!  5 months ago there was no way Matt could have done this exercise.




Matt's doctor's said stretching is really important.  His flexibility has improved tremendously!
