Session 1

 

1) 30 push-ups

2) shoulder presses standing alone no wobbles

3) lots of talking too... yayaya!!!

Soooo proud of you Matt!!

 

 

 


Session 2
 

Sooooooo happy to let you all know, Matt walked 16 steps, very controlled, very balanced....

HUGE GAINS HAPPENING, keep the positive energy and prayers coming...
