Monday           Barre Class  (CLOSED LABOR DAY)
Tuesday          Kettlebells/Body Weight
Wednesday     NO CLASS -  Private Training
Thursday         Kettlebells/Body Weight
Friday             Barre Class
Saturday         7:30 am - 50 min - Mixed Class including Beats, kickboxing, bodyweight, kettlebells, core, and stretching.
